This is only my first crude effort to show this effect, so in time I will show this a little better. The mercury spins when current flows through it. I am using the magnetic vortex to spin the electrons, and they in turn are causing the liquid mercury to spin. Unfortunately its a little bit hard to see that the mercury is spinning around the nail at high speed. I will create another video soon that will hopefully show this effect better. I got the mercury from 10 old style thermostats I took apart. Please subscribe to my channel! Thanks!
