ARMED POLICE IMPERSONATOR GETS EXPOSED!!! "Here's My Badge" 1st Amendment audit FAIL!!!

While walking down a public sidewalk Josh noticed a blue Jeep with an odd light kit attached to the front. The driver was flashing the red and blue lights attempting to pull over another motorist. He drove past the motorist and into a store parking lot. At that point Josh was convinced that this was not a police officer and may be impersonating one. Thinking a crime may be in progress he approached the vehicle and waited for the driver to exit the store and returned to the vehicle. From there he records. The occupant impersonates a police officer and identifies himself at such. He threatens Josh. The recording is then stopped so Josh can contact 911. The 911 call is also attached. After the recording stops the driver drives around the building twice before he finally parks, and with 911 in the phone Josh approaches him and notifies him that hes under citizen's arrest. At this point the driver threatens to shoot Josh and while on the phone with police produces a firearm. A good samaritan follows the vehicle as it leaves when eventually a state trooper and 2 local police officers stopped the vehicle after a high speed Chase. The driver is removed and is charged with impersonating a police officer, assault, assault and battery and possession of a firearm without FID card. This was not a police officer, this was a badge he pinned to the inside of a normal wallet. He was arrested and taken into custody. After reviewing this case it was determined he was a suspect the police had been looking for in other cases where women were pulled over at night by what appeared at 1st to be a police officer but was obviously an impersonator.
